My Approach to Clinical Supervision

Hi! I'm Jane..

My supervision style is collaborative rather than hierarchical. I don’t believe in a top-down model where the supervisor holds all the answers. Instead, we work together to:

  • 🌿 Strengthen your clinical confidence and decision-making

  • 🌿 Explore countertransference and therapist nervous system responses

  • 🌿 Develop your voice and clinical intuition

  • 🌿 Integrate theory with real-world clinical complexity

Supervision is a space where you can think out loud, ask hard questions, and bring uncertainty without fear of judgment..

Format & Logistics

  • Individual clinical supervision: $150 per hour

  • Dyadic clinical supervision: $75 per person per hour (two supervisees)

Supervision meets Washington State licensure requirements for LMHC Associates.

Supervision is available via telehealth for clinicians seeking Washington State licensure. In-person supervision is also available at my Lynnwood office.

About the Supervisor

I bring nearly two decades of experience across diverse clinical settings, including community mental health, crisis units, emergency rooms, and work with children and adolescents. My background also includes supporting individuals with substance use concerns, people who are chronically ill and homebound, and the geriatric population.

Since opening my private practice in 2020, my work has focused on adults healing from childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, phobias such as fear of flying, anticipatory grief and loss, and relationship challenges. I especially enjoy integrating multiple trauma-informed approaches and offering EMDR intensives when appropriate.

In supervision, I draw from this breadth of experience while working collaboratively—thinking together, integrating approaches, and supporting your growth as a clinician and professional. I would be glad to share what I’ve learned and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.
