Who’s Hosting the Group

Hi, I’m Jane. I’m a trauma therapist trained in IFS, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing.

I started this group because I believe therapists need spaces, too—spaces where we can think together, feel supported, and not have to hold everything on our own. This group is less about having the “right” answers, and more about being in thoughtful, attuned conversation with one another. I can’t wait to be with you at the next consultation group!
